I made a camera obscura out of a cardboard box to capture the 2017 eclipse. Viewed from the lawn outside the CCNY CDI building in NYC.

Here is a picture of the box I used. Pinhole made in the upper left corner with a bit of wire. Al foil covering all cracks. Napkin taped there because I managed to introduce some extra holes.
